Get Your Free Student ID Card

Why You Need an ID Card: Your Ventura College ID card offers several benefits, including:

• Campus Access: Use your ID card for access to campus facilities and services.
• Library Services: Check out books and use other library resources.
• Discounts: Receive special discounts at local businesses and campus events.

Physical ID Card: Pick up your free student ID card at the Student Activities Office in the Campus Student Center (CSC).

Digital ID Card: Prefer a digital ID card? Email vsastudent@vcccd.edu with the following information:

1. Proof of Enrollment: Attach your student schedule bill from the MyVCCCD portal.
2. Another Form of ID: Include a scan or photo of your driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport, or another government-issued ID. A previous school ID is also acceptable.
3. Student ID Number: Provide your 900-number from the MyVCCCD portal or your schedule bill.
4. MyVCCCD.edu Email: Include your MyVCCCD.edu email in your request.

Note: This information is required for both physical and digital ID cards.

How to Obtain a Digital Student ID Card:

If you prefer a digital student ID card, follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send an email to vsastudent@vcccd.edu.
2. Include Required Information:
   • Proof of Enrollment: Attach your student schedule bill from the MyVCCCD portal.
   • Another Form of ID: Include a scan or photo of your driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport, or another government-issued ID. A previous school ID is also acceptable.
   • Student ID Number: Provide your 900-number, which you can find in the MyVCCCD portal or on your schedule bill.
   • MyVCCCD.edu Email: Make sure to include your MyVCCCD.edu email address in your request.

Note: This information is required to process your digital ID card request.

Free Admission to VC Athletic Events

 As a VC student, you can support any of our 19 intercollegiate sports teams at their home games, matches, or races for free when you show your VC ID card at the entrance. Visit the VC Athletics Webpage to learn more about VC sports teams and to see their calendars.

Having An VC ID Card Makes It Easier To Sell Back Your Textbooks

 The VC Barnes & Noble bookstore requires that students present an ID that also includes their 900- number (VC-issued student identification number) to sell your textbooks back. A VC student ID card has all the identifying information needed to sell your used textbooks back to the school.
